His professional experience, over the years, led him to manage several large multidisciplinary teams. In this context, he worked with collaborators from diverse backgrounds from different countries. Capitalizing on the priceless cultural wealth provided by this diversity, he managed to successfully carry out major strategic and transformational projects. On the other hand, Mr. Côté has also been involved for several years in his community as volunteer coach for the minor hockey association and the municipal soccer association. Within the Foundation Mon Nouveau Bercail, he is pleased to put his experience in helping and facilitating the social integration of newly arrived immigrants in the community. He is convinced that this successful integration is key to the success of our future society.

Her rich and various experience allowed her to develop her sense of responsibility, of respect for diversity, of sharing, relationship, and living together, which can only be advantageous in the accomplishment of various tasks.

Volunteering is important for her, she began in Canada, her host country, with the voluntary Centre- ABC of St-Laurent, to join later, The Foundation Mon Nouveau Bercail, a very passionate team in the service of assistance and integration of the New Immigrants in Quebec, and intends to bring an added value to the activity of the Foundation.

He was also the trumpet solo in the National Orchestra of Bordeaux Aquitaine in France in 1994. He taught in the majority of Montreal institutions between 1986 and 2008, including McGill University, the Quebec Music Conservatory and at the University of Montreal for 17 years.

He has held several board positions in various boards including that of the Guild of Musicians of Quebec for which he is currently serving his fifth term, the one of the OSM from 2008 to 2012 as musicians representative, that of Buzz Brass group, as president from 2009 to 2012 as well as the Jean Carignan Fund Board since 2015 help musicians in needs. He dived into this new challenge because after visiting several countries and different cultures, he realized that the society must help new immigrants with their integration process.

In 1980, she founded the organisation Lunettes-vie in order to help newly arrived Haitian immigrants fleeing the Duvalier dictatorship. Berninie has solid experience in community intervention. We are proud that she is a member of our team.
